We are looking for a Logistic Pre Series Planner to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Head of Logistic Pre Series. 

 

You will be responsible to ensure the best supply chain planning decision and effective logistic prerequisite implementation within Simultaneous Engineering Teams (SET) and suppliers, guaranteeing of correct modification management and logistic supplier readiness until quality release of the part, functionally reporting to the coordination of logistic preseries URUS/HURACAN/REVUELTO. Moreover, you will be responsible of securing timely escalation in case of supply critical issues impacting on project carry out and milestones achievement.

You will be involved in the following activities:

Supplier readiness:

  • Full responsibility in leading JIS Meetings with main relevant JIS Suppliers assuring correct process application and preparation of series supply condition from orders scheduling to timely deliveries
  • Full responsibility in leading Part by Part meeting, starting some weeks before the milestone: coordination and lead of tracking of new parts maturity level in part by part meetings, documentation of dedicated reports shared in project steering committee and co-decision on back-up plan
  • Full responsibility in leading changing part meeting: Coordination of modification management in case of change parts list of new models, opts, derivate, special editions, life cycle and documentation of official reports. Co-decision on back-up plan.
  • Purchasing contract monitoring

 

SET activities:

  • Documentation preparation for meeting discussion and approval
  • Safeguarding of correct modifications management preparation
  • Steering of technical modification management from release in SETs to phase-in/phase-out in production of the new materials (phase-in prerequisite check, systems update, production orders update, TAG modification request & stitching activation rules)
  • Authority to define quantities of proto parts in order to safeguard pre-series cars production and project milestones
  • Ensure the implementation new logistic flows necessary for the introduction of new content.
  • Support the coordination of logistic preseries in meeting preparation
  • Support DISPO (material planning) in case of escalation for critical material availability
  • Prepare status of material availability and recovery plan for critical items
  • Support DISPO in the preparation of series supply conditions before hand-over to Logistic Series
  • Permanent control of the component inventory and generation status control to avoid scrapping
  • Coordination with After Sales dept for ordering SPARE PARTS needed for new product launch events and for 0S cars rework for sellability
  • Coordination with R&D dept for ordering SPARE PARTS needed for PROTOTYPES of TEST/CRASH CARS
  • EMPB/Meisterbok: support the EMPB / Meisterbok tracking & related activities
  • Supplier visit (visit the supplier in case of critical logistic points, audits, 2 days production, critical modification process, or SET related topics)
  • Development of relation with suppliers to anticipate problems that may occur in order to respect the delivery date;

 

About you:

  • University Degree in engineering
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in automotive.
  • Supply chain management concepts.
  • Material Planning and Disposition
  • SAP and Excel advanced knowledge, PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Bill of material concepts
  • Logistic Processes and Systems
  • Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus
