AS Project HSE Manager (PHSEM), you Support and collaborate with the PM and CM in order to ensure that all activities relating to workplace safety and hygiene and environmental protection are carried out in accordance with current legislation and with the company's HSE management system (regulations ISO 14001 and ISO 45001). The PHSEM, in coordination and in support with the Division RSPP, will carry out the functions of ASPP of the specific project for which it must have the appropriate training as required by the State-Regions Framework Agreement.

Its main tasks also include:

• ensure the implementation of the ISO 14001 system and the ISO 45001 system on site;

• collaborate with the PM and CM in disseminating and enforcing Company policy and project objectives;

• collaborates with the PM and CM for the implementation of the POS/DVR of the Contractor S.p.A.;

• assist and support the CM and the DS in the field control activities of the Companies/Suppliers on HSE aspects;

• collaborate with the PM and CM for the management and for any proposals for integrating the PSC, to be sent to the CEL, if it deems it can better guarantee safety on the construction site based on its experience;

• collaborate with the SPP service for the processing, adaptation and/or updating of the POS / DVR / DSS / DUVRI;

• give suitable suggestions to the CM regarding the execution of the works in safe and hygienic conditions and the prevention of damage or dangerous events;

• assist and support the CM and the DS in the field control activities of the Companies/Suppliers on HSE aspects;

• collaborate with the CM in verifying the state of conservation of safety equipment;

• assist the DS in filling out work permits (if requested by them);

• act as an interface between the CSE and the CM;

• participate in coordination meetings with the CM and/or CSE; • collaborate with the CM and PM to ensure that companies comply with the requirements reported in the respective POS / DVR;

• propose and encourage activities to promote HSE issues;

• conduct regular inspections on the construction site to ensure that safe means and working methods are used and that all required regulations are respected;

• supervise the activities of the Safety Technicians of the various Contracting Companies with particular regard to training, information and control on the construction site;

• call meetings for workplace safety and hygiene with the participation of all Safety Technicians;

• participate in investigations and analyzes of accidents and/or accidents that may occur on site and verify the implementation of any corrective actions;

• ensure the collection, control and dissemination of data on accidents/accidents, consumption of raw materials and waste disposal on site;

• supports the CM and PM in the implementation of the Life Saving Rules (LSR) program, LiHS program and other project-defined HSE campaigns;

• manages and supervises the relevant activities relating to health, safety and the environment during the development of the project, ensuring the correct application of the Contractor's HSE Management System;

• is responsible for the correct implementation of the Contractor's specific environmental plans/procedures (including training activities) and, where necessary, for the related updating;

• ensure that the Contractor's HSE project documents are sent to all subcontractors who have not already received them from the Project HSE Manager;

• participate in coordination meetings with the CSE referred to in Art. 92 paragraph 1 letter. a) of Legislative Decree 81/08;

• ensures the process of congruence of the operating companies' POS with the Contractor/Awarded Company's POS;

• ensures information pursuant to art. 36 of Legislative Decree 81/08 for all Contractor employees in force relating to project risk assessment documents.

• For its activities, the PHSEM could make use of a variable number of construction site ASPPs if foreseen.
