PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

We’re searching for an HRIS Specialist to effectively manage the delivery of HR Digitalization projects (with specific focus on HCM systems) contributing to the transformation of HR processes by developing a new digital employee experience.
You will be mainly responsible for:

  • Leading HR Digitalization projects (new implementations and/or improvements) managing relations with various HR Process Owners and other relevant stakeholders to analyse, understand and translate functional into technical requirements liaising with Systems Integrator/IT Department and evaluating feasibility and priorities.
  • Ensuring the coherence of designed solutions with other HR Tools identifying inter-dependencies and supporting IT Department to integrate new deployed solutions within the overall IT Architecture. Participate in testing and data migration activities.
  • Ensuring project management tasks: project planning meetings, minutes of meetings preparation, track project progress, etc. and assist with communication and documentation related to HR Digital projects.
  • Supporting the change management activities related to new implementations.
  • Supporting the analysis of current HR processes to identify possible digitalization improvements and participate to the definition of the HR System transformation roadmap.
  • Supporting end users and help desk in the usage of HCM applications and tickets management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2/3 year experience in complex and international HCM implementation projects (nice to have knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
  • Deep knowledge of Office (nice to have Excel and Power BI).
  • Strong communication and teamworking skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluent in English;
  • Flexible, pragmatic and user oriented.
