As Offshore Vessel Manning, you will join our Department/Function VECOP, in the business line Asset Based Services, (no Drilling), conducting the following activities:
- Ensure the assignation of the crew onboard to meet the best Quality and Safety Standard.
- Ensure the continuity of the crew avoiding vessel shortcomings while ensuring vessel requirements and project's needs.
- Represent the Offshore Vessel Manning Department on all matters related to Vessel Manning as per area of competence.
- Ensure vessel crew planning is effective in order to manage the personnel pool.
- Prepare as required, support and carry out Departmental Procedures as planned and executed by the Offshore Vessel Manning Manager.
- Monitor vessel manning levels ensuring full compliance compatibility with the vessel's maintenance needs, operation and owner requirements.
- Coordinate the verification of the numerical HR schedule, to ensure that the offshore personnel are in line with the minimum safe manning tables, that the strategic and/or tender manning tables are adhered to, and that the back-to-back personnel are sufficient for the length of the project.
KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: fluent
IT SKILLS: knowledge of Office applications (Excel, Power Point, etc.);
SOFT SKILLS: proactive and can act on own initiative, strong written/verbal communication, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
NICE TO HAVE:
- knowledge of SAP (preferred);
- knowledge of offshore business (preferred).
