Senior Process Engineer- ABSER

As Senior Process Engineer you will join our Department/Function PLID, in the business line Asset Based Services (No Drilling), conducting the following activities:
Mission:
▪ Elaborate, define, size and validate - within a process team - the various items, units and technical deliverables to be implemented in the Project. Work under the supervision of the Process Lead, or acting as Process Lead
Tasks:
▪ Develop Heat and Material Balances using simulation software
▪ Develop Process Flow diagrams to show unit operations necessary to convert feedstocks into on-specification products, in the most economical manner
▪ Define and size Equipment and Instrumentation to be implemented and issue relevant Process Data sheets
▪ Elaborate Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P and IDs)
▪ Perform hydraulic and thermal calculations on piping systems, in steady state and transient operation
▪ Define the utilities requirements and design the associated systems
▪ Define quantities and characteristics of effluents to be disposed to the environment
▪ Ensure the preparation of Operating Manual and Test Run procedures
▪ Implement contractual design philosophy
▪ Check technical quality of calculations, sw simulations and deliverables produced by junior engineers
▪ Take part of the multidisciplinary project reviews such as P and IDs, HAZOP, 3D Model
- When acting as Process Lead, coordinate Process Team in order to meet time and quality Project requirements
- When acting as Process Lead, ensure efficient interface and coordination with Client, Vendor and other Project Discipline Leads
Abroad availability for mission or long assignment requested.
QUALIFICATION: Chemical Engineering Master Degree;
KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: minimum required level B1;
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: minimum required 5-8
IT SKILLS: Microsoft Office, Aspen Hysys, Bluebeam, Pipenet (nice to have), Naviswork (nice to have)
SOFT SKILLS: Problem solving, communication, teamworking, decision making
NICE TO HAVE: previous experience in Offshore (fixed facilities or FPSO) EPC projects
