Middle Facility Management

As part of the GESEMI unit activities (Milan/San Donato headquarters building services), we are looking for a resource to provide support for the activities listed below:

• Management of Facility Management suppliers for the various management offices (with Environment - Safety - Quality Certifications) monitoring their work and the quality of the services offered in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08;

• Management of individual interventions requested by internal customers, organizing inspections, evaluating any estimates, final balance sheets and in general all issues related to the execution of the works;

• Analysis of strategies and maintenance plans for buildings and systems with drafting of procedures with a view to continuous improvement of services;

• Analysis of internal customer needs to guarantee efficient services also through the adoption of new technologies and tools that support the company business;

• Coordination and supervision of activities in buildings to make working environments safe, comfortable and suitable for different needs, in full compliance with current legislation and Company Certifications;

• Monitor the quality and costs of services and/or suppliers while respecting the reference budget;

• Management of any non-conformities and penalties connected with the execution of the services;

• Management of tenders for building services as a Technical Unit, with the following tasks: drafting technical specifications, procurement support regarding technical questions, technical alignment of the various suppliers.

• Management, and possible support to the IT function in the implementation and/or improvement, of company applications/software relating to Facility activities and Workspace governance.

• Support to the HSE function in relation to: Legislative Compliance Audits, management and transmission of environmental data, air and water environmental monitoring, and in general all issues relating to the adaptation of work spaces and services to current regulations on the subject.

• Management of suppliers relating to the installation, adaptation and maintenance of integrated security systems (video surveillance, anti-intrusion, access control, gates, etc.) present within the office buildings.

Availability to work during holiday periods is required (extraordinary maintenance is often scheduled during periods when buildings are closed).

It is a preferential qualification to have the qualification of Maintenance Manager and/or to have carried out training courses for Facility Manager.

 The ideal profile also possesses the following requirements:

Minimal training

• Technical Expert Diploma and/or Degree in technical disciplines;

• Previous experience of at least 4 years in similar roles and/or tasks;

Knowledge

• Excellent knowledge of the Office package;

• Good knowledge of English. 

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem solving, task planning and deadline management skills;

• Good relational and integration skills when dealing with diversified interlocutors;

• Excellent synthesis skills.
