Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?

We are looking for an Project Leader Powertrain - High Voltage Energy System  to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Product Line Chief Technical Engineer.

Your mission will be to manage the activities of the product line that are required for their task area throughout the entire product life cycle.

You will be responsible for meeting all specified targets related to design, engineering, deadlines, costs and quality for the project within their technical area. You will have corporate responsibility for the platform contents. You will initiate the appropriate corrective actions if targets within your area of responsibility are endangered.

Your assigned activities will be:

  • responsible for supporting the CTE in the definition of technical and product requirements within technical area and respective achievement
  • accountable for reaching targets on direct costs, investments and supplier development costs in collaboration with Finance dept.
  • responsible for achieving defined Energy System components targets
  • responsible for tracking and managing overall components timing
  • accountable for deciding for target deviations, if necessary escalating to Product Line preparing underlying analyses for decision
  • responsible for Product Conformity according to the Compliance Risk Assessment

 

About you

  • University degree in Engineering
  • At least 6 years' of experience in Automotive field
  • Background in technical roles (focused on powertrain field, experience with HV systems preferred) and/or project management field
  • Technical knowledge on BEV powertrain systems (inverters, battery systems, application) and product development
  • Time and costs management
  • Development and Production processes
  • Project Management
  • Fluent English and Italian, German will be considered a plus
  • Fully proficient in English, German as a plus but not mandatory
  • Self confidence
  • Flexibility (modifications, re-planning, coordination with other units)
