Your Role

You will be part of the Aruba Group, specifically within the Namecase division, as an Inside Sales & Support Specialist. You will collaborate with a team of 2 people, currently engaged in both sales and customer support activities through tickets and emails. The focus market includes domains, brand protection, and solutions for digital presence (site builder, email, hosting) worldwide.

Specifically, you will:

  • Manage the remote sales and support process for clients.
  • Handle negotiations related to the purchase of domains and developed websites.
  • Conduct analyses to determine the economic value of domain names.
  • Assist clients in determining the best strategies to protect their brand online.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:
