As Mechanical Superintendent Pipeline, you will join our Department/Function Construction Technical Office and Staffing (CSO) , in the business line Energy Careers, conducting the following activities:

  • 1 - Willingness to work on foreign construction sites for extended periods of time.
  • 2 - Assist Construction Manager in directing Mechancial Activities for Pipeline and AGI (Above Ground Installation)  such as Block Valve Station & Scraper Trap and Compressor/Pumping Station construction activities, whether performed by subcontractor or in direct hiring.
  • 3 - Define a direct and indirect supervisory resource mobilization plan for each phase of Pipelines and AGI construction work
  • 4 - Define pipeline construction schedule in accordance with estimated productivity yields and efficiencies
  • 5 - Supervise all Mechanical construction work for Pipeline and AGI, according to contract requirements and project objectives ensuring adherence to the schedule
  • 6 - Coordinate construction teams for Pipelines Mechanical works and AGI performed in Direct Hiring , interfacing with the project organization, and coordinate/monitor pipeline construction activities performed by subcontractors by identifying critical issues and define remedial actions in order to comply with the project schedule.
  • 7 - Support the project organization in defining the construction strategy and construction execution plan. Coordinate with the project team in setting the schedule and coordinate with the procurement team in properly setting the material procurement flow.
  • 8 - Ensure achievement of time, cost, quality and safety objectives.
  • 9 - Ensure full compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, company and project requirements through the implementation of company tools and methodologies.

 

QUALIFICATION:  High School Technical Diploma (GEOMETRA / ITIS preferred)

KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Excellent knowledge (written and spoken)

LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: permanent contract

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 4/6 years' experience in similar settings

IT SKILLS: Familiarity with the Microsoft Office package and Databases

 

SOFT SKILLS:

- ability to organize one's work independently and proactively while meeting deadlines

- communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in sharing within a work group
