Come Proposal Manager, farà parte del nostro dipartimento Offshore Proposal Management, Commercial anda Tendering, all’interno della business line Asset Based no Services (no Drilling) impiegato sulle seguenti attività:
ATTIVITÀ:
▪ Sviluppare il proposal plan ed organizzare il kick-off meeting di offerta;
▪ Definire la struttura di costo del tender, col supporto del dipartimento di estimating;
▪ Gestire interfacce con Clienti e Partner;
▪ Assicurare la corretta definizione dello scopo di lavoro di ognuna delle parti coinvolte nell’offerta;
▪ Supportare la funzione commerciale nell’analisi del contratto e nella negoziazione dello stesso;
▪ Approvare la stima di costo, sviluppata dall’estimator e delle assunzioni fatte a partire dagli input di unità tecniche, procurement (i.e. engineering procurement, constuction, asset management);
▪ Approvare project cash flow preliminare sviluppato dal dipartimento di estimating;
▪ Assicurare la corretta definizione di project organisation, overall project schedule, overall execution plan, overall resource plan;
▪ Assicurare l’integrazione dei proposal packages preparati dalle diverse Operating Companies e/o Proposal Partners;
▪ Assicurare la sottomissione offerta verso il cliente;
▪ Gestire le post-bid clarifications con il cliente;
▪ Condurre, se delegato, la negoziazione verso il cliente delle condizioni tecniche, commerciali e contrattuali, volte alla acquisizione del contratto;
▪ Preparare il Proposal Close-out Report ed organizzare Transfer Meeting allo scopo di agevolare l’esecuzione del contratto;
▪ Assicurare che l’analisi di rischio sia correttamente applicata.
QUALIFICATION: Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria
KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: C1
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Esperienza di 4/6 anni in ambito di tendering, commerciale o funzioni di project management in aziende del settore energia o infrastrutture;
IT SKILLS: Pacchetto Office
SOFT SKILLS:
NICE TO HAVE: Certificazione PMI o equivalente
LOCATION: Fano (PU) (Italy). Disponibilità a trasferte
