As Environmental Engineer, you will join our Loss Prevention and Environment Department, in the business line Energy Carriers, conducting the following activities:

 

  • Modelling estimation of Atmospheric Circulation and Air Quality within 20 km from onshore plants;
  • Modelling estimation of Noise levels within 1.5 km from onshore plants;
  • Management plan of waste produced by onshore plants in compliance with the current legislation;
  • Coordination of monitoring activities carried out by Third Party firm. Monitoring activities concern Air Quality, Noise levels, Surface water/Groundwater quality; Soil sampling.
  • Assist the engineering team during project execution to minimize the Environmental Impact.
  • Prepare/coordinate the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) study related to onshore plants.
  • Assure the liaison with Client Environmental Representatives for resolving any environmental issue related to the execution of the Contract.

 

QUALIFICATION:  Master of Science Chemical, Environmental Engineering, Fisica, Geologia

KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: B2/C1

LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent Contract

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 0-2

IT SKILLS: Office 365, Outlook, Teams

NICE TO HAVE: knowledge of AERMOD atmospheric dispersion modeling system and Soundplan noise modelling package.
