As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in developing AI solutions and services that drive business outcomes through AI & Analytics. This role encompasses data science skills such as exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and ML model training and testing. You'll work with a variety of technologies, including advanced analytics, computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLM), unsupervised learning, and optimization. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to apply MLOps technology for deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop AI projects and solutions.
- Assist in preparing client presentations and proposals.
- Conduct research and analysis on AI and ML technologies to stay updated with the latest advancements.
- Contribute to creating custom training materials and code examples for diverse AI solutions.
- Collaborate with senior team members to identify opportunities for leveraging advanced analytics and AI solutions within current business practices.
Key Qualifications:
- Passion for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- 0-2 years of experience in data science, with familiarity in exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and ML model training and testing.
- Proficiency in Python or other programming languages.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or similar cloud services is a plus, but we're open to other cloud technologies such as AWS or Google Cloud.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to team members.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian is mandatory.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in fields like Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physics (equivalent education and experience will also suffice).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with blockchain technology and smart contracts.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
- Previous exposure to data engineering or data architecture.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in AI-related journals or conferences.
- Knowledge of other AI or ML libraries and tools (e.g., scikit-learn, Keras, spaCy).
- Understanding of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Understanding of computer vision techniques.
- Natural language processing (NLP) expertise.
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Certifications in AI or machine learning (e.g., TensorFlow Developer, AWS Certified Machine Learning).
- Enthusiasm for the hyperloop and sustainable transportation solutions.
- Knowledge of React components, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, and Radix UI.
