For our office in Milan, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager.
About the role
The Project Manager will work with the Delivery team, a mix of talented experts from various backgrounds and experiences, who aim to ensure work is delivered to the highest quality, on time, with the maximum client satisfaction.
As a Senior Project Manager at Assist Digital, you will have a crucial role in driving large, complex impactful projects. Working across three different Service Lines, Experience Design, Marketing Automation and the Digital Factory.
Our SPMs are comfortable across all areas but have clear expertise in the Experience Design Area.
Role requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in the role.

Deliver work focused on incredible customer experiences including (but not limited to) websites, e-commerce, mobile apps, emerging technologies, design of services.

Experience with large international clients and projects

A level of English that enable to work in an international scenario is mandatory.

Successfully manage clients, partners, and suppliers, to ensure the best outcome for both clients and Assist Digital.

Set up, structure and deliver the end-to-end delivery of projects involving technical, stakeholder or context complexities such as third-party partnership / Integrations , international delivery or fixed deadlines.

Encourage and engage in cross-area and cross-service line collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentorship.

Ability to define and manage appropriate project approach by methodology or project phase.

Define and negotiate on the Scope of Work with both internal teams and client/s, to ensure engagements are clarity about what will be delivered.

Ability to define and manage effectively budget and resources.

Ability to manage comfortable client sessions with relevant stakeholders and building long-term relationships.

Strong understanding of both waterfall and agile methodologies and when to use them.

Certification in Scrum, Lean or other delivery methodologies is a plus, but is not mandatory.
