Poland Marketing Executive

Role Overview

The main objective of the role will be the management and coordination of marketing activities for the go-to-market of new products in Poland.

You will work closely with the Product Marketing Manager and with a cross-functional team (content editors, graphic designers, UX designers, frontend developers, etc). 

In particular you will be responsible for:

  • Market and competitive scenario analysis.
  • Target (personas and archetypes) analysis through quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Adaptation of the marketing strategy (value proposition, key selling points, messages, tone of voice. Etc.) for the polish market.
  • Briefs creation for creative concept requests (visuals for display campaigns, radio spots, TV spots, etc.)
  • Content strategy definition (editorial plan).
  • Customer journey analysis and optimization (site, cart, service communications, reserved areas, panels, etc.).
  • Promotion methods and sales channels definition.
  • Up-selling and cross-selling strategies definition.
  • Media plan development.
  • Suppliers contacts management.
  • Digital advertising campaigns management.
  • Direct Email Marketing management.
  • Traffic and conversion analysis with Google Analytics.

You're the Ideal Candidate if You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience as marketing specialist or similar role.
  • Polish native speaker.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Experience with product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Preferable knowledge of a second language (french/spanish/german).
