PM IT - ERP International Projects
What you’ll do?
-
Project management on an international digital transformation projects with focus on ERP implementation
-
Deliver the project as per the agreed scope and the ERP implementation strategies for Italian Market
-
Management and alignment of all key interdependencies with international program workstreams
-
Budget control and management
-
Production of all key project documents to control and manage projects
-
Ensure project team to deliver projects on time, cost, and quality
-
Production of highlight reports and facilitation of all required governance boards
-
Working with Business Change Manager to ensure that business stakeholders are fully engaged in meeting the programme timelines and deliverables.

Day to Day management of project workstream leads and business managers
-
Ensure the scope and organizational change management aspects of the implementation have been identified, signed-off, planned and successfully executed by the local team
Who are you?
-
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager working in a consultancy firm on digital transformation projects.
-
You’re able to work on projects which cover multiple countries, languages, and culture
-
You have experience of business change process improvement projects
-
You have experience in ERP systems implementation projects
-
You have knowledge of data migrations activities
-
You have been working on delivering technical (IT) and non-technical projects
-
You have experience of managing third party suppliers
-
You are confident in stakeholder management with strong communication and influencing skills
-
You have flexibility to adapt and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.

You have an organized and logical approach to solving problems.

Good communication skills to develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders

A team player and a clear communicator, both written and verbal.

Positive “Can do” approach

Fluent spoken and written English is a must, and minimum C1 level Italian.
PLUS:

Prince 2 or other recognised Project Management Qualification
-
Knowledge of JDE financial and/or GBS.
-
Knowledge of implementation of operational reporting.
-
Good working knowledge of GDPR.
-
Ability to use Microsoft packages and Microsoft Project to expert level.

German language skills
