For its HQ in Zola Predosa (Bologna), GVS is looking for a Sales Manager Healthcare UK, Central and Northern Europe, reporting to Healthcare & Life Sciences Division Sales Director EMEAI.

 

Core activities:

  • Develop and cultivate productive long-term relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer’s needs and develop customized solutions
  • Identify new opportunities to build profitable market share and sustainable competitive advantage while creating value for new and existing customers.
  • Develop and implement the commercial strategy able to reach the annual targets
  • Create monthly reports & weekly MOM for customers visit.
  • Provide business analysis including data trends, customer retention and funnel success.
  • Apply knowledge of business climate, market dynamics and trends as well as market potential to develop/implement account plans that drive results.
  • Leverage knowledge of competition to influence business plans.
  • Request to participate to sales events and organize monthly business trips

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering / Economics fields.
  • At least 2-3 years Sales experience.
  • Knowledge of business filtration and / or Healthcare industry would be a plus.
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Italian languages. German language and / or a working experience with German customers would represent a strong asset for this position.
  • Prepared to travel up to 50% of the time.
