HR Business Partner

Reporting to the Head of HR Industrial Business Operations (IBO), the HRBP will support the implementation of the HR Strategy through planning, coordinating and acting the management of Human Resources, in order to maximize the contribution to the objectives achievement, operating the typical HR management processes and the specific competence centers, such as: HC and Cost Forecasting and Control, Recruiting, Goal Setting & Performance Evaluation, Training, Compensation & Benefit, Industrial Relations.

Key responsibilities

Support the definition and implementation of Human Resource management plans, in order to guarantee:

  • Local cascading of Corporate and Local Policies, Procedures, Processes and Special Projects
  • Qualitative / quantitative adequacy of human resources aligned with the strategy and activation of recruiting processes in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Team
  • Implementation of best organization and processes to support the business strategy
  • In collaboration with Talent, Development & Total Reward Team, identification and coverage of key positions, enhancement of internal resources through development paths, training, succession plans, compensation, rewarding and retention initiatives
  • Alignment of individual results and behavior with company values, expectations on the role and objectives agreed with management, through performance management processes
  • Detection of training gaps and activation of initiatives aimed at covering these gaps and / or strengthening the skills required by the business, functional to the implementation of the business strategy
  • Administrative management of the employment relationship (including the proper application of collective agreement)
  • Effective relationships between the company, workers and Union Representatives
  • Collection of information of Headcounts and Costs necessary for a correct reporting and to complete the budget, forecast and actual costs process
  • Support the business in identification and implementation of major change programs

Job requirements:

  • Degree in an HR related field (e.g., business administration, law, psychology, social sciences), with a Master in HR
  • at least 3 years as HRBP or generalist role
  • International Experience during studies/work
  • English knowledge: at least C1 level
