We are looking for a Digital Sales Development Specialist for our HQ in Zola Predosa (BO).

Reporting to the VP HC & LS Division, the eligible candidate will develop and manage Division’s online presence in order to achieve sales goals on digital channels both on Amazon and marketplace businesses. Starting from scratch and effectively supported by Digital Marketing team, He / She will organize and lead the expansion strategy with a project-management approach and commercial attitude, in synergy with Regional and Sales Managers about customer marketplaces activities.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing website performance and making improvements for the purpose of ecommerce KPI growth.
  • Implementation of SEO and SEM techniques to increase monthly online revenue from organic and paid traffic.
  • Analyzing sku productivity related to online platforms to optimize assortment, improving website offerings and conversion rate.
  • Collection of customer feedback and information for constant monitoring of results.
  • Relationship management with ecommerce technology and marketing partners.
  • Managing SEO and SEM strategy to increase user base and sales.
  • Support in defining pricing and content strategy.
  • Drafting periodic reporting to monitor the progress and results of campaigns across digital channels.
  • Managing product and brand communication at online retailers.
  • Direct contact with vendors and corporate representatives to monitor the reproduction of GVS product images on their sites.
  • Developing brand awareness through site optimization and PR/link-building campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of digital sales experience in multinational organizations. A deep experience in marketplaces and / or in the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry will be considered a plus.
  • Fluent English knowledge.
  • Experience in the commercial field, with demonstrated ability to manage complexity and limited resources.
  • Advanced technical skills in Excel, Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central and Amazon Advertising.
  • Experience with Pay Per Click campaigns and Google Analytics.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO and SEM strategy.
  • Experience in practices and techniques related to web merchandising and online sales.
  • Knowledge of the B2B e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Strong business aptitude with analytical and strategic skills.
  • Attention to detail, reliability and autonomy
