Digital Marketing Manager

For an important manufacturing Company leader in its sector, we are looking for a:

                         DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Main activities and responsibilities:

  • Plan and Coordinate the digital communication strategy, including Social Media, Web Site and Company App
  • Plan and Coordinate ADV campaigns according to the assigned budget
  • Manage the social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and WeChat
  • Create analytical reports of the digital marketing activities
  • Create the Editorial Plans for the company’s digital activities
  • Create engaging contents (copy-write, storytelling and media)
  • Analyze competitor activities
  • Managing the Lead Generation activities via the Marketing Automation tool (Pardot)
  • Managing the CRM platform, including creating reports on sales opportunities, assigning generated
  • Leads to the sales force, constant improvement of the platform

 

Requirements

  • Hands-on approach and pragmatic thinking
  • Must be creative and able to think outside the box
  • Independent and able to take full ownership of the job
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possibly First Level Degree (Laurea Breve) preferably in a technical subject or in a marketing related subject
  • Good understanding of the industrial manufacturing B2B environment
  • Minimum two years of digital marketing management experience
  • Experience with Hootsuite, Salesforce and Pardot
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Google Analytics
  • Fluent in English

Additional Requirements that would be considered a plus:

  • Knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering software
  • Knowledge of Video Making/Editing and Adobe Premiere
  • Knowledge of Wordpress
