Human Resources Business Partner PT - EN Speaker

Our client is an Italian multinational company operating in the industrial manufacturing sector. We are looking for the HR BUSINESS PARTNER PT – EN SPEAKER.


Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure the correct management of all personnel and human resources issues
  • Ensure the compliance with the corporate guidelines
  • Manage daily relationships with the employees
  • Recruiting and Selection
  • Define the strategies and policies for the management and organization of human resources for the areas of competence in accordance with the company guidelines
  • Directly coordinate and manage Trade Union relations at the local level
  • Define and plan the internal organization
  • Lead the compensation & benefit policies of the areas of competence, following the company guidelines
  • Coordinate labor law disputes, social security, and compulsory insurance of the company, with the support of external consultants
  • Collaborate with the HQ for international projects
  • Management of the HR team
  • Management of the General Services function


Main requirements:

  • University degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role at structured and international manufacturing companies
  • Expertise in the management of Industrial Relations issues, labor law disputes and contracts drafting
  • Previous experience in Comp. & Ben., Training & Development Management

· Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills

· Ability to facilitate Cultural Change & People Management processes

· Fluency in English and Portuguese, the knowledge of the Italian language will be a plus
