Chief Human Resources Officer

For a a federation of different luxury brands, we are looking for a Chief Human Resources Officer.

Reporting to the Chief Corporate Officer, the Chief Human Resources Officer is responsible for leading and managing the HR department, including the development and implementation of the overall corporate Human Resources strategy, and ensuring its alignment with the vision and goals of the organization. Working in close synergy with the Brands HR Teams all over the world, s/he provides with the right level of supervision to the implementation of the Group Vision and to the governance of each Brand, providing support, reporting and assistance to the Corporate. His/her responsibilities covers both aspect of governing the compliance and policies while focusing on building relationships with executive team members, helping driving results for the organizations, enhancing the organizational performance and group overall results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;

• Strengthen engagement through structured action plans;

• Lead the human resource management in its key areas including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Policy Development, Learning and Development, Personnel Costs, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Members Relations;

• Build relationships with Brands’ leaders to promote change management needed for key transformational initiatives;

• Establish HR priorities in close collaboration with the management team through a sound understanding of the business needs;

• Develop, implement and administer an effective performance management system aimed at improving employee and organizational productivity; • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree required;

• Minimum 5+ years as a CHRO/HR Director.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Set priorities, make high quality judgements, lead team to setup decision points in a structured way, and enable efficient decision making;

• Experience in leading, coaching and motivating large and diverse teams and driving high performance;

• Proven track record of dealing with and influencing at the highest levels within and beyond the organization;

• Fluent English;

• Excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills;

• Ability to lead culture change;

• Must be able to travel as needed;

• Knowledge of the HR policies and processes.
