HR Cost Control and Compensation&Benefits Manager

For a luxury brand we’re hiring a: Manager, HR Cost Control and Compensation & Benefits


The objective of this role is to manage all HR Cost Control, HRIS, compensation & benefits matters to meet deliverables in the areas at country level, in line with corporate guidelines.

The HR Cost Control and C&B Manager will be working closely with TA Team, Finance Team to build a strategic employee planning, to build a competitive pay mix & benefits package, in order to meet the business objectives, will be responsible for the budgeting and forecasting process and will work to integrate the branch Italia into the Corporate HRIS. As part of the role responsibility is also the administration of works permits, relocation, for local and expat employees.

The essential job duties and responsibilities are: payroll, budget, Salary Structures & Annual Review, Expatriate Management, Compensation, Benefits, Reporting, HRIS.


REQUIREMENTS Job Duties and Responsibilities

Bachelor Degree

More than 6 years in HR Cost Control and Comp&Ben experience

Fluency in English and Italian languages


Ability to articulate and communicate well, both verbal and written

Strong process thinking, initiative

Leadership skills

Meticulous and organized

Ability to work under pressure and fast pace environment

Microsoft office skills

Advanced excel skills
