Design Guest Experience Manager

For an important company leader in Leisure, Travel & Tourism sector we are looking for a:

DESIGN GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGER

Main responsibilities:

  • Deliver E2E customer journey designed, ensuring seamless customer experience
  • Design guest flows to maximize onboard revenues
  • Ensure complete integration of all onboard activities and initiatives
  • Assure high customer satisfaction
  • Identify trade-offs among commercial initiatives to prioritize, to ensure a coherent and integrated onboard experience
  • Monitor KPIs (NPS, OBR) to spot improvement opportunities
  • Work as a key point of contact for Onboard Revenues and Guest Experience & Operations teams

 

Job Requirements:

Education and professional experience

  • Studies in business administration or engineering
  • 5+ years of Sales and project management experience
  • Consulting / Start-up environment experience

Expertise and additional knowledge

  • Design Thinking, Interaction Design, Design Strategy, Design Planning
  • Knowledge of guest flows optimization and customer journey
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Experience in travel sector preferred
  • Proficiency in English
