For our client, an important Brand operating in the Retail and Food segment, we are researching a


Assistant Store Manager



The candidate, with direct report to the Store Manager, will be in charge of boosting the business by managing store operations, driving financial success, building and leading a great team and creating an environment consistent with the defined customer experience.

  Main responsibilities:


  • Drive the store sales, constantly monitoring the DOS performance/KPI 
  • Ensure a high-end level of service to the customer in line with the defined customer experience
  • Manage the Staff, including monthly meetings with the team, evaluating the performance, recruiting new personnel and informing the management of any disciplinary problems encountered
  • Perform a competitive benchmark and communicates it to his management
  • Adopt a commercial approach (loyalty, prospection, etc.) with customers, neighborhood businesses and shopping center
  • Actively participate in regular management meetings organized by his/her responsible
  • Ensures the follow-up of training Hygiene of the teams
  • Ensures the positive results of quality audits and the implementation of necessary corrective actions
  • Manages the After Sales following the internal procedure
  • Participate in regular meetings organized by the shopping center and make a written return to the management
  • Proactively approach the other stores in the shopping center to develop potential partnerships and commercial synergies
  • Cooperate proactively with his/her hierarchical responsible and Retail Marketing dept to implement the guidelines/operative task and propose initiatives and promotion to attract customers and boost the customer loyalties as well as the sales 
  • Actively Communicate with his/her hierarchical responsible to address customer expectation
