HR PLANT MANAGER

For a prestigious multinational group leader in the automotive components sector, we are looking for a/an:

 

HR PLANT MANAGER

 

He/she provides the develops and directs implementation of plans and/or programs to ensure the most effective utilization of human resources to support unit objectives, acting as a partner to Plant manager; develops and implements a variety of programs, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, equity and diversity, etc., within the Plant.

The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Develops and implements HR programs, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, equity and diversity, etc.;
  • Supervise administration of personnel policies and papers at the location;
  • Assures implementation/administration of salary policies, compensation and benefits programs at the location;
  • Implements effectives safety, affirmative action, and other employee relation programs;
  • Management of the relationship for trades unions and industrial relations and define internal agreement following business /sector guide lines.

 

Main competencies:

  • Professional use of MS Office tools and HR Information Systems
  • Autonomy in carrying out your own activities
  • Ability to work with different priorities
  • Teamwork and effective relations at different organizational and international levels
  • Strong attitude to interpersonal relationships;
  • Excellent communication skills, both in Italian & English
