Digital Marketing Manager

For our Client, leader in the healthcare sector, we are looking for a:

Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsabilities:

  • Research different forms of media to find out which types of content consumers use and then use this data to develop effective marketing strategies
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan, execute, and measure conversion tests
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Spread digital transformation across all the company (not only marketing & sales)
  • Lead Digital Media Strategy for top brands
  • Consumer funnel activation through digital
  • ROPO – digital is not only for e-commerce
  • Investment budget management
  • Digital activation projects
  • Work with E-Commerce team in developing the best investment plan focusing on top brands
  • In & out amazon investment (conversion focus)
  • Measure and share performance with the ecommerce team (in charge for the plan execution)

 

Knowledge & experience
 

  • University degree in relevant field (marketing, business, communication), studies in digital marketing. 
  • Ideally 3 to 4 years’ experience mainly in digital marketing from FMCG or OTC pharma
  • Passionate about digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience from working with different CMS, development of web sites, online advertising, marketing automation, web analytics
  • Experience in DTC company will be a plus
  • Experience/knowledge e-commerce is a plus.
  • English fluent
