POSITION: PROJECT AND SUPPORT ENGINEER
Reporting to: Client Services Manager
As a member of Qatar Project, you will be responsible for the installing, configuring, testing, and deploying of OCEM’s AGL products into customer environment. This will typically be in three phases, namely office-based system setup, followed by remote installation and then finally onsite commissioning, integration, acceptance, training, go-live (including cutover support) and troubleshooting defects which are reported by customer during warranty and support periods.
