For a company leader in sports wearing and accessories we are looking for the:



Mai activities and responsibilities:

  • To coordinate shipping and export office activities.
  • To plan weekly/bi-weekly shipments of distributor customers (and the respective daily deployment schedule, including cross docking shipments: ground, sea and air shipments); to oversee booking of carriers for transportation (agreement directly with customers or through forwarders) and to monitor the correct timing of shipments.
  • To Monitor the correct daily shipments for direct market customers (and racing customers), ensuring the preparation of all related documents and/or personalization.
  • To ensures the correct documentation for shipping (waybill, closing of shipment, credit notes).
  • To coordinate invoicing and pro forma invoicing activities.
  • To drives process improvement and efficiency of office activities; supports process improvements and efficiency of logistics activities.


Technical and personal skills:

  • Shipping documents needs and creation.
  • Customs clearance documents needs and creation.
  • Certificates of origin.
  • Forwarders and transportation operations.
  • Logistics operations.
  • Bachelor degree (preferred).
  • English fluent.
