Creative Director

Luxury Food Company

For a food/luxury company we are looking for a creative, sophisticated, curious, detail-oriented, multitasked 'foodie'

The Creative Director  will be responsible for:

  • R&D new products
  • Help shape the overall Brand mission and values
  • Define Product offering and pricing guidelines
  • Define the Marketing strategy: messages, channels,targets
  • Identify and organize partnerships and collaborations with other relevant Brands
  • Own and develop social media platforms
  • Define and execute PR strategy: content generation, media interaction (bloggers, journalists, etc.)
  • Define Events calendar and eventually sponsorships to events / organizations
  • Select and manage external advisor, such as brand agencies
  • Manage the marketing budget

Main requirements:

  • This is a full-time position open to candidates with at least 5 years of experience in the creative/marketing luxury management
  • Creative, brilliant, sophisticated, curious individuals
  • Knowledge about the broad luxury industry, no particular focus on food is needed
  • Knowledge about Turin’s culture
  • Significant international exposure
  • Proficient in English, a second foreign language is a plus.
  • Eager  to succeed and make the difference: self-starter, pragmatic, reliable, radically transparent, data and fact driven

Workplace: Turin or Milan (available to travel)
