Inside Sales Specialist


We are looking for talented and enthusiastic people with the passion to support our vision and values and help to change the future of aviation. We are now offering a fascinating position as Inside Sales Specialist.

The Inside Sales Specialist is an integral part of the bid process to our global clients, will be issuing simple offers as well as complex ones in coordination with the bid engineers.


The Inside Sales Specialist interacts with potential and existing customers through emails, telephone calls, and live chats to support them during the bidding and selling phase. They sustain the Sales Managers in the generation of qualified opportunities, create suitable quotes, and follow the order intake process.

The main activities are as follows:

  • elaboration of offers for mainly international customers and management of complex and noncomplex projects, in support and in coordination with the sales managers and the bid engineers.
  • management of direct contacts with customers both in relation to direct offers and as back up to sales managers.
  • possible involvement in the internal management of orders both through the maintenance of relations with the customer and through the coordination of the activities of diverse internal functions.
  • daily interaction with various functions of the company for administrative, technical and execution matters.
  • virtual meetings to build relationship with new customers.
  • advise customers on suitable simple product selection based on their needs and specifications.
  • support sales managers in the regular maintenance of the CRM.

Qualifications & Skills

  • first class degree in languages, economics, or engineering.
  • excellent knowledge of English, an additional language is a plus.
  • orientation to results.
  • adaptability/flexibility.
  • reliability (planning, compliance with deadlines and commitments, correctness).
  • ability to work in a group.
  • availability to travel in Italy or abroad.
