Main activities and responsibilities:

  • HR management strategy.
  • Recruitment of employees, establishing all HR processes, development of site HR team.
  • Organization and workforce plans monitoring according to Business needs.
  • Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees.
  • Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment and training (in order to assure quality requirements, IATF 16949/VDA 6.3).
  • Policy development and documentation.
  • Employee relations.
  • Company employee and community communication.
  • Compensation and benefits administration.
  • Develops and monitors an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition.
  • Labor Law service for leadership and employees.
  • Negotiation with Unions.
  • Maintaining HR IS and employee´s master data.
  • HC and Labor Cost reconciliation, making forecast in case of request from administration or Plant Manager.
  • Guarantee support to payroll external consultant.
  • Attendance process overview.
  • Management of disciplinary measures.



  • Master’s degree in Economics, Law, Human Science with master in HR (preferred).
  • Fluent English.
  • Collective Sector Bargaining knowledge.
  • Payroll knowledge.
  • Industrial relations and negotiations basic skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 & CORE TOOLS.
  • Requires prior professional HR, manager manufacturing experience.
