He/She will ensure that programs, policies and procedures as well as employee and supervisor handbooks support the overall business objectives in the areas of EHSS, talent acquisition, employee relations and engagement, talent management, education, training and development, workers compensation, compensation and benefits as well as HR administration. This role will support two plants (in Italy and Slovakia).
The HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring that ISO45001 and ISO14001 EHS standards is deployed across both manufacturing facilities, working in partnership with the General Manager for both locations and Plant Managers in both locations, as well as line management in order to create a positive employee relations environment.
